The Ubuntu Wisdom Exchange (UWE) was created to connect young leaders with experienced mentors, combining decades of lived experience with modern leadership development and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Our goal is simple: preserve wisdom, develop leadership, and create practical solutions for local challenges.

Highlights of the programme:
• 80 young people mentored across Cape Town and the Northern Cape.
• Facilitator manuals, participant workbooks, and accredited learning materials developed under TTG.
• A digital mentorship platform currently being developed to expand access and long-term impact.

Leadership isn’t built overnight. It grows through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and opportunities to learn from those who came before us.
