The Transcendance Group (TTG) is a South African advisory, digital intelligence, skills and implementation company. We work across strategy, governance, technology and human capability to help institutions and enterprises convert difficult mandates into structured action.

Leilah Jacobs
Leilah Jacobs is a Director of The Transcendance Group, appointed with effect from 31 March 2026. She supports the organisation’s governance, administration and institutional development, bringing a structured and hands-on approach to the coordination of its operations and strategic initiatives. Within TTG’s emerging delivery system, she plays a key role in coordinating meetings, managing documentation and stakeholder communication, maintaining version control, and ensuring the timely follow-up and execution of strategic projects and partnerships.

Faiez Jacobs
Faiez Jacobs is the founder and Managing Partner of The Transcendance Group. A former Member of Parliament and former ANC Western Cape Provincial Secretary, he brings extensive experience in governance, public policy, institutional development, organisational strategy, stakeholder mobilisation and programme implementation. Through TTG, he now connects public-sector reform, digital transformation, youth skills, cybersecurity, municipal modernisation, SME development and practical China–Africa cooperation to structured projects, partnerships and measurable delivery.

Naeemah Ismail
Business Consultant
Naeemah Ismail is a Business Consultant supporting TTG’s commercial administration, procurement processes, supplier relationships and operational coordination. She has served as a designated finance and procurement contact in TTG’s supplier documentation and assists with converting opportunities into organised submissions, records and follow-up actions.
La'eeq Solomons
Programme Manager
La’eeq Solomons is a Programme Manager supporting TTG’s skills, cybersecurity and partnership-development work. He coordinates action registers, implementation deadlines, compliance follow-ups, stakeholder research and programme documentation. His responsibilities include maintaining project trackers, supporting SETA and training-provider processes and helping ensure that assignments move from instruction into organised execution.
